- Review customer-provided architecture, security, and operational requirements
- Validate solution design and deployment approach
- Configure Cisco Secure Access Secure DNS policies and security profiles
- Implement and manage DNS security configurations and policy enforcement rules
- Lead deployment activities for endpoint onboarding and policy rollout
- Troubleshoot security, policy, connectivity, and DNS-related issues during implementation and testing
- Support functional validation and user acceptance testing activities
- Provide operational readiness guidance and knowledge transfer sessions
- Support post-deployment stabilization and hypercare activities
- Develop and maintain implementation, configuration, and operational documentation
- 5+ years of network security implementation experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cisco Secure Access / Cisco Umbrella
- Secure DNS and DNS Security
- Secure Service Edge (SSE)
- Zero Trust Security
- Robust understanding of
- DNS protocols and architecture
- Enterprise networking
- TCP/IP, DHCP, VPNs, Proxies
- Security policy design and enforcement
- Experience supporting enterprise deployments and production rollouts
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
