Your area of focus.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the professional installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass across a wide range of vehicles, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows. The ideal candidate will have robust mechanical skills and demonstrated experience in automotive repair, with a commitment to ensuring that all glass installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
What You’ll Be Doing: Install, repair, and replace a variety of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
Safely and effectively operate power and hand tools to complete glass installations.
Carefully inspect damaged glass to determine the appropriate repair or replacement required.
Ensure all glass is properly fitted and sealed to help maintain the vehicle’s safety and structural integrity.
Work closely with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe while consistently following all required safety procedures.




Provide professional and friendly customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns related to automotive glass services.
What are the must-haves…
High school diploma or GED
Interest in automotive industry, and knowledgeable about vehicles
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Must be dependable, reliable, possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and using power tools and hand-held equipment
You must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Compensation
The expected range of compensation for this position is $24 – $33 Hourly — Flat Rate. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
