As a Spa Esthetician, you play an important role in each guest's wellness journey. Through thoughtful treatments, genuine connection, and professional expertise, you help guests feel relaxed, confident, and cared for.
This role goes beyond skincare and Spa services - it is about creating calm, personalized experiences that leave a lasting impression. Whether you are providing a restorative facial, delivering a body treatment, or offering thoughtful product recommendations, your presence helps shape how guests feel during their time with us.
A day in the life
Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
Perform personalized facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and body treatments with attention to detail and service excellence
Conduct consultations and recommend treatments and home-care products based on guest needs and wellness goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and calming treatment environment
Collaborate with Spa leadership and team members to create a seamless guest experience
Support a positive and wellness-focused team culture
Continue learning new techniques, products, and industry trends to enhance guest experiences
Take pride in creating small moments that help guests feel relaxed, restored, and valued
What we hope you'll bring to the team
Formal esthetics training from a recognized institution
Previous Spa or wellness industry experience preferred
Strong communication and guest service skills
Emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and connection with guests
Professionalism, accountability, and strong attention to detail
A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Confidence working independently while maintaining high service standards
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Part time hours of 15 to 25 hours per week, with shifts from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
