As one of our Securities Paralegals you will play a key role managing legal and administrative aspects of the practice. You will be working closely with all members of the team to deliver exceptional legal services to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse transactions alongside a team-oriented, fun, talented group of people.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare general corporate and securities documents which include private placements, stock options, AGM's, prospectus, share exchange agreements, escrow agreements, reverse take-overs and othersSEDAR+, SEDI and BC Registry filings for reporting companiesAssist with completing and filing forms with TSX, TSXV,
