The role requires robust technical planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination skills to successfully deliver multiple concurrent projects. This role requires a highly organized, technically proficient Project Manager capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex operational and technology projects. Technical & Professional Requirements: 10+ years of IT Project Management experience managing technical infrastructure and operational systems projects. PMP certification Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, and MS Office Suite . Strong experience in integrated project team leadership within cross-functional organizations . Familiarity with airport systems and airport operations preferred.



Ability to qualify for and maintain a Restricted Access Pass and pass a criminal background check. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly to business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations . Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget . Coordinate cross-functional integrated teams, establishing accountability for deliverables and milestones; take responsibility, face uncomfortable situations, speak truth to power Collaborate with Technology/IT and business stakeholders to manage trade-offs across scope, schedule, cost, and risk. Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including coordination of technical dependencies. Produce clear status reports, risk assessments, and executive-level communications. Apply lessons learned and continuous improvement practices to mitigate risk and enhance delivery performance. Support change windows, including potential night work/monitoring as required.
