Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team to support ourUS healthcare book of business.As a part of this role, you will be hiring healthcare professions100s of hospital across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to strategic hiring plans.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows effectively.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates and assist in managing client interactions.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years in recruiting (agency or corporate).
- Experience in healthcare recruitment.

- Past experience with North American recruitment/market
- Familiarity with ATS platforms.
