Overview As a Product Manager at Air-tek, you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact enterprise software to top-tier global airlines. Working closely with a cross-functional scrum team, you will translate product vision into well-defined user stories and ensure the team delivers high-quality, scalable features in alignment with customer needs and business priorities.In this hybrid role based in Toronto, you will be expected to work a minimum of three days per week in the office (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) to support agile ceremonies, collaboration with stakeholders, and rapid iteration.What you will do Serve as the Product Manager for one or more agile teams, maintaining and prioritizing a clear and actionable product backlogBreak down epics into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria and a strong definition of doneCollaborate with product managers to align sprint-level priorities with the broader product roadmapParticipate in and lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesAct as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights from users, clients, and internal teamsWork closely with designers, developers, and QA to bring user-first enterprise products to lifeEnsure internal and external stakeholders are aligned on product and sprint goalSupport release and go-to-market activities in collaboration with the delivery and customer support teamsContinuously refine backlog items to ensure clarity, feasibility,
and business valueWhat we are looking for 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager in agile/Scrum environments, preferably in B2B enterprise softwareDemonstrated ability to write user stories, prioritize backlogs, and deliver iterative product improvementsStrong communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, delivery, and supportExperience working on complex, enterprise-grade software projects with systems integrationSolid understanding of Agile principles, SDLC, and modern delivery tools (e.G. Jira, Confluence, Figma, Aha)Able to work collaboratively across functional lines and influence without authorityDetail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of juggling shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentAirline industry experience is an asset, but not requiredCSPO, PSPO or equivalent (or higher) is an asset, but not requiredWhy join us?
