Behind every program, every service, and every success story is a team of dedicated employees. We’re looking for an HR Admin Assistant with 1–2 years of experience who is organized, people-focused, and ready to grow their HR career while contributing to meaningful, community-based work.

What You’ll Do
As a key member of the HR team, you’ll provide administrative support across recruitment, HR operations, disability management, training, and payroll.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinate and track employee training, including scheduling, reminders, and follow‑ups

Maintain accurate employee records, new hire documentation, and training files

Support recruitment by screening resumes, contacting candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with orientation

Monitor HR and Payroll inboxes and respond to employee and supervisor inquiries

Support employee leaves by communicating next steps and following up on required documentation

Assist with workplace injury and disability claims,



including submissions to third‑party providers

Support benefits administration, including enrolments, changes, and follow‑ups

Enter and maintain accurate information in HR systems and track HR statistics

Prepare Records of Employment (ROEs) and process expenses

Track workplace injuries, absences, and incidents using internal systems and spreadsheets

Conduct system audits and assist with reporting and HR projects

Provide administrative backup and support across HR functions as needed

What You Bring

Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or a related field

1–2 years of HR or administrative experience

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A skilled, collaborative, and customer‑service‑focused approach

A high level of accuracy, accountability, initiative, and discretion

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team

Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
