Covenant House Vancouver is seeking an Overnight Sanctuary Program Youth Worker to support youth aged 16–24 in a low-barrier, trauma-informed setting. The role runs Friday to Sunday, 8pm–8am, with paid breaks and in office support.
You will engage youth, assess immediate needs, and provide practical resources like food, clothing, and transportation. As part of a compassionate team, you will foster respectful, non-judgmental relationships, document care activities, and participate in ongoing
