In this key role, you're part of a successful collaboration between Cathay Pacific and LSG Sky Chefs. Reporting to the Storeroom Supervisor, you will manage stock inventory, perform quality checks, and maintain storeroom hygiene. Specific tasks include issuing and receiving stock, inspecting goods, and supporting the HACCP process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check and verify incoming food items accurately
• Maintain proper food rotation and cleanliness
• Run daily inventory and coordinate orders
• Oversee loading/unloading of goods efficiently
• Document shortages and reject damaged products
Requirements:
• Shipping/receiving experience beneficial
• Basic Food Secure Level 1 knowledge required
• Capacity to work in cold storage for 1-4 hours
• Skilled in using pump trucks and lifting heavy items
• Fluent in English for effective communication
