Our client is a trusted brokerage with a longstanding and decorated history in Downtown Toronto. They are growing and are looking for a sharp, skilled, and organized Associate Commercial Account Manager to join their team

Responsibilities Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships
Assist in managinga diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client needs are met efficiently
Prepare and review documentation such as certificates of insurance and statements of values
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate multi-jurisdictional and multinational placements
Stay updated with industry trends
Support senior team members with presentations, meetings, and client reports
Qualifications RIBO License (CAIB designation is bonus)
At least 2-3 years' experience in commercial insurance servicing
Solid technical skills with MS Office (Excel spreadsheets), Applied EPIC, Insurance products, and invoicing
Fluent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment
