Key Responsibilities:
• Implement AgeCare policies in collaboration with Registered Nurse
• Provide input for procedure revisions within the unit
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and external partners
• Notify physicians of significant changes in resident health
• Direct Personal Support Workers to ensure quality care
Requirements:
• Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario
• Knowledge in long-term care regulations and standards
• Background in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing
• Good standing member of the College of Nurses of Ontario
