French Immersion TTOC-Teachers Teaching on Call
Successful candidates will be teaching in a variety of schools and grade levels, supporting learners.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Education (Elementary or Secondary) degree or equivalent training

Valid BC Teaching certificate

Experience teaching French immersion at all levels

Native-like fluency in oral and written French

Ability to passa French Immersion fluency assessment or have completed a long practicum in immersion

Ability to demonstrate fluency in written and spoken French, plus a positive working knowledge of English

Highly effective team member

Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills

Proven knowledge of BC curriculum

The starting annual salary for this position ranges from$61,502-$112,806, with placement on the range based on length of service, FTE and qualifications in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
