Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations for transit services
• Train and coach staff for improved service delivery
• Respond to customer complaints and inquiries
• Manage labor relations and maintain positive staff interactions
• Oversee AVL control room activities and scheduling

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
• Strong background in transit supervision
• Valid Class BZ driver’s license with a clean record
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Experience with CAD/AVL systems is an asset
