Talize is looking for a Merchandise Processing Supervisor to manage back-of-house operations effectively. In this role, you will oversee sorting, grading, tagging, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. Your experience will guide a team to meet quality and safety standards while maintaining an organized workspace and promoting Talize’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily merchandise processing and inventory flow
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of team members
• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-department teams
Requirements:
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in retail or similar
• Strong people management and delegation skills
• Agile in process execution under quick-paced conditions
• Knowledge of thrift or second-hand retail preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
