Here are the main responsibilities:* Processing recent enrollments and contributions;* Making updates to active participant accounts (beneficiary changes, address, SIN, etc.);* Supporting the cash management team by handling deposits (money transfers, payments, etc.);* Reviewing transactions completed by colleagues for accuracy;* Responding to emails and participating in team meetings.**What could accelerate your success in this role**We are looking for someone who:* Is currently studying accounting, actuarial science, business administration, or any related field;* Stands out for their curiosity;* Demonstrates a high level of rigor;* Has a strong attention to detail;* Is recognized for their strong adaptability;* Is comfortable with technology and tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe;* Is available to work part-time during semesters (minimum of 21 hours/week,
3 days per week from Monday to Friday during the day) and full-time during the summer;* Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the individual will be required to read documentation in English, communicate via email and video calls with English-speaking colleagues, and work within a Canada-wide team on a daily basis;* Any level of French is an asset.
