The role reports to the Manager of Client Onboarding and specializes in the integration of plans for both group and individual lines of business. With responsibility for plan design setup, amendments, and supporting documentation, the Plan Build Specialist ensures effective communication and streamlined processes. This role requires strong analytical and project management skills to support diverse projects and meet established timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review RFPs and sales documentation to understand client needs
• Map and develop plan designs using the Plan Design Template




• Facilitate client meetings for requirement gathering and sign offs
• Input client plan designs into the Administrative System
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for implementation

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in benefits administration or related fields
• Proficient in claims processes and group contracts
• Solid issue resolution and project management abilities
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills
• Attention to detail and analytical skills with MS Office
