What You’ll Do The Member Service Representative II will enjoy fostering relationship building and identifying the needs of the membership as well as enriching member lives by offering sound advice and confidently providing solutions. The person that holds this position will have solid relationship building skills with both a member service and an advisory service orientation, you will have strong communication, problem solving, time management, and skill prioritization.
