Senior Litigation Law Clerk required:

Gibson Tanner Rabin LLP requires a Senior Law Clerk to support our Litigation practice.

What We’re Looking For:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience assisting with Litigation practice in Ontario;
- Advanced knowledge of litigation law, practice, and procedures;
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure;
- Experience with Superior Court, Small Claims Court, Federal Court, Tribunals, Bankruptcy and Commercial Court, and filing in the online portal Justice Services or Case Center;
- Recording time and completing some administrative tasks will be required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to details and ability to interact with clients required.




- A team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Full-time and in-person.
