and financial documentation to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvementYou’ll work closely with consultants, municipal staff, and internal stakeholders to secure approvals and keep projects moving according to scheduleYou’ll oversee engineering design coordination and assist with contract administration related to servicing, utilities, and landscaping worksYou’ll review and validate site plans, building designs, and development concepts, providing recommendations that enhance project functionality, marketability, and overall program performanceYou’ll support market research initiatives and provide insights related to product design, pricing strategies, and market positioningYou’ll collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Construction teams, and Builders to support sales and project launches, assumptions, deficiency management, and development obligationsYou’ll contribute to land acquisition activities including site analysis, offers, and due diligenceYou’ll perform project reporting, meeting support and coordination (agendas, minutes, reports, presentations), and various development and project-related administrative and support functions, including site visits and council/committee participatSkills and Qualificationsions1-2 years of experience in land development, planning, project coordination, or a related fieldDiploma in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline; Bachelor’s degree is considered an assetStrong understanding of land use planning regulations, permitting processes, and development standardsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications and project management softwareDemonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyValid G Class driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle to attend project sites, meetings, and municipal offices as requ#J-18808-Ljbffr
