We connect teams with the data, insights, and tools needed to accelerate outcomes.Your ImpactYou will build and lead EA's creative analytics capability, shaping how marketing content is measured and improved. Your work will guide decisions across campaigns, influence senior partners, and connect data to creative performance.ResponsibilitiesLead a new creative analytics function and define measurement frameworks for marketing contentDirect analysts and data scientists to deliver insights from creative and campaign dataIntegrate pre-testing and research insights into marketing decision‐makingTranslate audience and content data into clear recommendations for partnersEmbed insights into campaign recaps, briefs, and marketing planningPartner across fan intelligence teams to align analytics with broader strategiesBuild scalable tools and processes to support ongoing learningRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field6+ years in analytics, marketing science,
or insights rolesExperience leading analytical projects and translating data into recommendationsKnowledge of statistics, experimentation, and hypothesis testingExperience managing teams with SQL, R, or Python expertiseExperience applying methods such as segmentation or predictive modelingCore Skills and ExperienceAnalyze large datasets to identify patterns in content performanceApply creative testing methods and brand measurement approachesBuild data visualizations to communicate findingsStructure ambiguous problems into measurable analysesCommunicate insights clearly to cross‐functional teamsPay Transparency – North AmericaThe ranges listed below are what EA in positive faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting.
