Front Office Administrator / Receptionist
Full‑time, day‑to‑day front‑office role in Burnside, Nova Scotia. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, support daily office operations, manage communications, coordinate schedules, and assist with administrative tasks to keep the office organized and client‑ready.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries
Coordinate appointment scheduling, calendars, and meeting logistics
Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and administrative documents
Support office correspondence, scanning, filing, and data entry
Assist the financial advisor with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and client‑ready
Support light event coordination or client appreciation initiatives as needed
Provide general administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support role
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
Professional, polished, and dependable
Proactive mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
Solid discretion and respect for confidential information
Compensation: $48,000 annually

Location: Burnside, Nova Scotia
