In this position, you will care for and supervise young people in alternative care settings. With a focus on relational practice, your role involves engaging youth in activities that foster growth and healing. You will also collaborate with families and de-escalate crises to promote positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate social and recreational activities
• Teach life skills and emotional regulation
• Collaborate with family members effectively
• De-escalate crisis situations for change

Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in child and youth care or related field
• Experience with complex family needs
• Proven crisis de-escalation skills
• Knowledge of trauma informed care
• Clear Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check
