Key Responsibilities:
• Lead incident investigations using methodologies like Tap Root
• Facilitate investigation workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Track contractor action items and report to management
• Develop HSSE training materials and learning sessions
• Ensure compliance with HSSE Management System standards

Requirements:
• 8 years in HSSE or operational roles
• Degree in Engineering, Science, or Safety
• Experience in oil & gas or major projects
• Recognized training in investigations
• Relevant HSSE certifications like CRSP or NEBOSH
