Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cases for court presentations and witness preparation
• Represent BGCFS in court and related legal matters
• Provide legal advice on child welfare legislation
• Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
• Assist staff in case planning and legal documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in law and bar exam completion
• 1-2 years experience in Family Law or CYFSA proceedings
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Membership in positive standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Valid Ontario Driver's License and reliable transportation
