You will drive adoption of Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot, SharePoint and Teams, across client engagements while translating technical changes into practical business outcomes.
You will lead discovery, design communications and training, and work with sponsors and end users to measure adoption; travel to client sites may be required as engagements vary.
