Lead project teams at Fort McKay Group of Companies as a Project General Foreman on the Syncrude Aurora site. Ensure project safety, client satisfaction, and team productivity.

In this key role, you will manage and inspire a large workforce while maintaining safety and quality standards. You'll interact directly with clients, address any issues, and guide project strategy under the supervision of the Project Superintendent. Your strong leadership and communication skills, coupled with extensive experience in mining operations, will be critical for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support team leads and crew members
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Conduct Safe Work Observations and Planned Work Inspections




• Develop relationships with clients and address concerns
• Assist in incident investigations and risk assessments

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid class five driver's license required
• Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in mining
• CSTS and OSSA or BSO or CSO certification needed
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
