This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, and the long-term success of the organization.
As General Manager, you will provide strategic direction while maintaining accountability for project delivery, profitability, and organizational growth. The successful candidate will strengthen industry relationships, support business development initiatives, and foster a culture built on professionalism, integrity, and employee satisfaction.

Lead company operations, project performance, and overall business results
Oversee profit and loss while supporting sustainable growth

Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in the construction industry
Post-secondary education in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Proven success leading teams, operations, and business performance
Strong understanding of project delivery, financial management, and P&L; accountability
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and drive results
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
