• Oversee daily casthouse operations from raw materials to shipment
• Build and mentor a team for continuous 24/7 production
• Drive improvements in throughput, yield, and quality
• Finalize SOPs and ensure adherence to processes

Requirements:
• 10+ years in aluminum casthouse or related metals manufacturing
• Solid technical knowledge of casting and alloying processes
• Proven experience in leading production teams
• Ability to combine hands-on technical skills with commercial insight
