Become a strategic HR leader at Supply Ontario, driving essential programs in labour relations and occupational health. This critical role ensures the organization’s employee and labour relations strategies are effectively implemented.
Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will enhance the Employee and Labour Relations (ELR) and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) initiatives. Your expertise will guide the development of tools and metrics necessary for optimal performance and compliance in a multi-union setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee ELR/OHS policies and corporate governance
• Lead collective bargaining negotiations and strategy development
• Manage occupational health services and wellness programs
• Develop performance metrics and report on program effectiveness
• Build relationships with stakeholders for program improvement
Requirements:
• Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in multi-union settings
• Strong knowledge of labour law and workplace safety
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to coach leaders on ELR/OHS best practices
