As the Account Director, you are responsible for supporting various client account portfolio s effectively supporting the client relationship, driving business growth, and delivering successful agri-marketing campaigns.

Billings

Annual Budgeting & Forecasting

Build and maintain a strong, long-lasting relationship with key decision-makers at our client’s organization and across their business.

Proactively identify client needs and opportunities and develop tailored strategies to address them.

In some cases, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge and effective marketing campaigns.

Lead and mentor the team of account managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Delegate tasks effectively, provide clear guidance, and empower team members to deliver outstanding results.

Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Oversee budget management and financial forecasting for assigned accounts.





Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Identify potential new business opportunities within the client account s. Focusing on organic growth opportunities.

Contribute to the AdFarm’s overall business growth and strategic direction.

Quality Control

A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field is required.

10+ years of experience in client service, marketing direction or a related role within an advertising or marketing agency are essential.

Strong organizational and time management skills

An affinity to AI tools and willingness to adopt them strategically

The capacity to lead and inspire cross-functional teams

The ability to identify and resolve challenges

A solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and contract negotiations

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

The ability to think critically, analyze market trends, and develop innovative marketing strategies

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing
