Position OverviewTitle:Corporate Campaign Representative – Donor Engagement (Contract)Location:Toronto, OntarioJob ID:1075# of Openings:1Duration:4‑Month Contract (17 weeks, full‑time)Pay:$27.20 per hourResponsibilitiesAssist Donor Engagement team with matching engagement opportunities to donor and workplace volunteering and engagement requestsMaintain database including updates to events, agency roster and participantsReceive, log, and prioritize requestsCoordinate the Fall Day of Caring volunteer program, handling data entry, confirmations, and correspondence with donors, workplaces, and agency partnersProvide coordination support and organization to other donor engagement and event programs, including tours, product drives and facilitated activitiesLiaise with Donor Relations and Marketing staff and/or other Corporate Campaign Representatives to gather required information, track and coordinate activity as requiredUpdate and organize Donor Engagement activity suppliesPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsExcellent organizational, administrative and communication skills (both written and verbal)Proven ability to exercise tact and discretionExcellent attention to detail and proven track record of accuracyAbility to prioritize diverse tasks/variables and meet deadlines under pressureExcellent teamwork,
