I am currently supporting a large organization with a major industrial project in Quebec. As activities continue to ramp up significantly, we are looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator.
Mission This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy being hands-on and involved in the day-to-day execution and follow-up of procurement activities, within a structured, high-volume environment. We are primarily looking for highly operational profiles who are comfortable with procurement transactions, ERP systems, and rigorous purchase order follow-up. Creating, processing, and following up on Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
- Creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs)
- Verifying order confirmations, delivery schedules,
and administrative information
- Participating in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
- Maintaining data accuracy and quality within the system
- Providing administrative and operational support to the procurement team. Your profile You have several years of experience in purchasing coordination or transactional procurement. You are highly autonomous in SAP, have solid experience managing PRs and POs, and can quickly take ownership of a high volume of transactions. This mandate is part of a major long-term project.
