What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from staffing and scheduling to inventory and budgeting.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic team to deliver top-notch service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive repeat business.

What We’re Looking For:
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.




Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to keep operations running smoothly.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
