As a Food Service I, you will play a vital role in the Nutrition Food Service team. Your responsibilities include basic food preparation, serving meals to patients, and maintaining cleanliness for a safe dining experience. The position requires physical capability to handle food supplies and equipment efficiently throughout your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Package and portion food items according to guidelines
• Prepare meals that meet AHS standards and procedures
• Serve meals to patients, residents, and customers
• Clean and sanitize dishes, equipment,



and serving areas
• Assist with inventory management to reduce waste

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent
• Ability to lift 46lbs and push/pull carts up to 250lbs
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Experience in food service or healthcare environments
• Food Secure Certificate or equivalent is an asset
