Make an impact as an Events & Operations Specialist with Skills for Change in Toronto. Support immersive events that empower communities and create opportunities for immigrants and refugees through effective operational execution.

This contract role involves collaborating closely with our Manager of Events and Communications. You will plan and execute a variety of significant events, including media launches, workshops, and community engagement initiatives. Your efforts will help increase Skills for Change's visibility and effectiveness in serving vulnerable populations in the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics for various in-person and hybrid events
• Build partnerships with community organizations and industry stakeholders




• Manage event registration and attendee communication
• Analyze metrics to report on event impact and engagement
• Support special organizational projects and initiatives

Requirements:
• Minimum three years' experience in event coordination or operations
• Robust communication skills with stakeholders
• Proficient in virtual and in-person event management
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines
