As an Inside Sales Representative, you will start conversations with prospective clients, understand their needs, and create qualified opportunities for our account executives and sales managers. You will develop your skills through daily training and regular coaching from the Inside Sales Lead. Bring clear communication, curiosity, and the persistence to keep learning from each conversation. Success is measured against clearly defined targets.
Responsibilities Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
Outbound calls 6-7 hours daily
Qualifications At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Compensation & Benefits Estimated Market Salary Range: $48,000 – 60,000 annually plus commission, with flexibility based on experience and overall qualifications. Final compensation will align with skills, market data, and internal guidelines
