Davey Tree Expert Co. is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader to manage an on-site team in Nanaimo, British Columbia, ensuring safe and effective tree care operations.

As Crew Leader, your role is vital in guiding and mentoring crew members in the arboriculture profession. Fostering a culture of safety, you'll oversee tree pruning and removal projects while managing tools and equipment efficiently. Your expertise will also enhance client interactions and service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely lead crew in arboricultural care
• Supervise and coordinate crew activities and tools
• Conduct tree pruning and removal services
• Identify and address customer service needs
• Abide by safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years Arborist experience required
• ISA certification or equivalent program enrollment
• Valid driver’s license; 5-ton vehicle capability is a plus
• Robust leadership in tree climbing and safety
• Solid skills in tree and shrub identification
