Schedule: Rotational Travel Schedule
About the Role We are seeking Data Center Technicians (Level I, II, and Lead) to support large-scale data center deployments and critical infrastructure projects throughout the United States. These individuals will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting network and data center infrastructure within live production environments.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-scale projects involving fiber optics, structured cabling, network infrastructure, hardware deployments, and data center operations.
Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot data center infrastructure
Perform rack and stack deployments of servers, switches, cabinets, and network equipment
Pull, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic and copper cabling
Interpret network diagrams, rack elevations, cable schedules, and technical documentation
Support hardware installations and equipment replacements
Troubleshoot connectivity, infrastructure, and physical network issues
Work within active production environments while following strict operational procedures
Maintain accurate documentation of installations and infrastructure changes
Lead Technicians will mentor junior team members and help coordinate project execution
Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in data centers, telecommunications, network infrastructure, structured cabling, or related environments
Experience working with both fiber optic and copper cabling
Experience pulling, terminating, testing, and troubleshooting cabling infrastructure
Understanding of single-mode and multimode fiber
Experience with rack and stack deployments
Ability to troubleshoot hardware,
connectivity, and infrastructure issues
Experience reading technical documentation and network diagrams
Ability to work independently in quick-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications Fiber splicing or fusion splicing experience
Experience using OTDRs, light meters, and fiber certification tools
Experience troubleshooting switches, routers, and network hardware
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or similar networking environments
Previous experience supporting medium to large-scale data centers
Leadership experience for Lead Technician opportunities

Entry to mid-level role
Focus on installations, cabling, rack and stack, and hardware deployment
Strong attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued
Advanced installation and troubleshooting responsibilities
Greater independence and technical ownership
Experience supporting critical infrastructure preferred
Lead project execution and field activities
Mentor and support junior technicians
Strong technical troubleshooting and leadership experience required
