SECURE is seeking a motivated student for a summer role in Calgary's Brookfield Office, from May to August 2027. This position is ideal for individuals enrolled in Supply Chain Management programs who excel in teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail. You'll play a key role in supporting capital projects while collaborating with diverse teams across operations and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with sourcing requests in Waste Management
• Support RF(x) processes and service agreements
• Produce expediting reports and trace shipments
• Compile vendor performance statistics and scorecards
• Manage project procure-to-pay processes in ERP system
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in Supply Chain Management program
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
