What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll support daily production and quality activities, helping your team stay organized and safe throughout each shift.
Core responsibilities include:

Coordinating daily production and PPL-Bag House Powder usage

Preparing mix sheets and ensuring smooth shift hand-offs

Overseeing batch sampling and production testing

Supporting quality checks and corrective actions

Reinforcing safe work practices and PPE use

Conducting safety audits and assisting with incident reviews

Assume a mentorship role and provide leadership to the team

Coordinate with supervisor and operations staff on daily activities

What you bring

High School Diploma or equivalent

2+ year of experience in manufacturing or production as a team lead or with team leader exposure.

Experience in powder coating or electrostatic painting is an asset

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
