As part of Dillon Consulting Limited, you'll work under the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, focusing on target sourcing, valuation, and integration of acquired firms. With 25+ offices across Canada, you will have the flexibility to contribute from various locations while developing your skilled skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and source potential acquisition targets • Develop detailed financial models for acquisitions • Manage end-to-end due diligence processes • Draft letters of intent and investment documents • Track integration KPIs and mitigate operational issues
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience • Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise • Strong ability to handle multiple projects • Proactive approach to financial problem-solving
