What You'll Be Doing

- Create written responses and detailed explanations for complex, real-world personal tasks across domains including food, health, productivity, career, and learning

- Evaluate model outputs against structured rubrics, assessing whether responses are practical, well-reasoned, and appropriately personalized

- Identify where systems succeed, fall short, overreach, or miss critical context in high-stakes personal workflows

- Write explicit, realistic prompts for complex personal-life tasks, execute those tasks with screen recording, and build detailed evaluation rubrics to assess system performance

What We're Looking For

- Strong experience in evaluating LLM outputs using structured rubrics, including design, evaluation,



and quality assessment across 100+ hours of rubric-based projects

- Strong experience in using models for multi-step personal workflows such as planning, research, decision-making, and life administration

- Strong experience in one or more target domains: personalized food recommendations, personal health data interpretation, productivity systems, career development, or learning and skill-building

- Strong experience in written judgment and articulating what makes a model output effective, incomplete, unsafe, or unrealistic
