Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with robust expertise in DevOps, Java/JEE, cloud computing, microservices, CI/CD automation, Azure, containerization, RPA/ML, and production support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting secure, scalable cloud-based applications. The role requires strong experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes/AKS, Docker, Java, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP APIs, React/Angular, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, databases, and modern DevOps practices.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong experience in production support, incident response, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, including networking, security, scalability, and resilience.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation, including Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong experience with monitoring, observability, performance tuning, and application reliability.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead postmortems, recommend improvements, and enhance technical processes and architectures.

- 5+ years of experience with container management and orchestration for application deployment, scaling/clustering, monitoring, and related activities.
- Experience building and consuming APIs and other integration endpoints.
- Experience applying industry-standard web, architectural, security, and development best practices.

Java, Web Services &
- Cloud Computing — 45%

- 10+ years of experience designing and developing secure RESTful/SOAP web services and microservices using Java/JEE, Spring Framework, SQL/NoSQL databases, message queues, and related technologies.
- Experience developing frontend applications using React/Angular, JSON, HTML/CSS, XML, and XPath.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based backend systems.
- Experience containerizing and deploying applications using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).




- Good knowledge of DevOps pipelines, IAM, OAuth, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience developing Java applications that comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) at AA level.

RPA, AI/ML &
- Microsoft Low-Code — 20%

- Knowledge and experience with AI, LLM, and Machine Learning technologies, including Azure Document Intelligence, OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Cloud Foundry, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of OCR, information extraction, and classification, including experience training AI models based on business requirements.
- 5+ years of experience developing, testing, and implementing complex solutions using Microsoft Power Automate RPA.
- Experience using Logic Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, and desktop flows to build end-to-end RPA/ML automation solutions.
