Industry: Digital Talent Management / Creator Economy The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a growing Canadian digital talent agency looking to add another Senior Talent Manager to its growing team.
The agency represents digital creators across lifestyle, fashion, entertainment and adjacent verticals, supporting talent across brand partnerships, commercial growth and long-term career development.
The position is fully remote anywhere in Canada and offers plenty of autonomy over your roster.
The Role
You’ll manage your own roster of creators and be responsible for both their day-to-day representation and commercial development.
Responsibilities include
- Managing and developing creator relationships
- Handling inbound brand opportunities
- Proactively pitching talent to brands and agencies
- Negotiating fees, contracts and campaign terms
- Managing campaigns from negotiation through to delivery
- Developing long-term strategies for individual creators
- Identifying new revenue opportunities
- Building relationships across the Canadian creator economy
- Identifying and signing new talent
- Working alongside the wider agency team on roster growth
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience within digital talent management or creator representation
- Currently working within the industry
- Experience managing an active creator roster
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and brand partnerships
- Commercial confidence and negotiation experience
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Solid communication and relationship-management skills
- Existing brand, agency and/or creator relationships
- Ability to work independently within a remote team
