Pier 4 in Nova Scotia is seeking a Renovations/Maintenance Technician to perform suite turnovers, renovations, repairs, and preventative maintenance across our residential properties. You will work on carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electrical tasks to keep units move-in ready.
This in office role requires a High School diploma, 5 years of residential maintenance experience, a valid Nova Scotia driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle.
