Homewood Health is seeking a Mental Health Clinician dedicated to providing effective EFAP services. Responsibilities include confidential counselling, developing treatment plans, and managing client cases. You’ll play a key role in providing after-hours crisis services and ensuring seamless care with your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide confidential EFAP counselling and crisis management
• Develop and monitor treatment plans for each client
• Create detailed service plans with clients under supervision
• Manage after-hours crisis support on specified evenings
Requirements:
• Master's in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
• Valid registration with appropriate governing body
• At least three years of relevant experience
• Excellent English and French communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
