Harsco Environmental seeks a Site Manager in Training (SMIT) to gain hands-on experience across Safety, Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service. The program runs 1–2 years with mentorship and formal training to prepare for future Site Manager roles.
Successful candidates will work across Ontario and Quebec, communicating in English and French, and rotate through core site functions, safety, and leadership activities while receiving development opportunities.
