Join PAL Aerospace in St. John's, NL, as a Business Analyst focused on requirements management. Support Canada’s next-generation aircrew training initiatives while enhancing process efficiency.

This permanent full time role involves working closely with the Program Manager to document and track business, project, and program requirements. You will facilitate workshops and create test plans to ensure adequate monitoring of processes and outcomes, all while driving improvements for performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Document and manage business and program requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering
• Create test plans and monitor execution with stakeholders




• Develop process models for optimization and efficiency
• Assist in project documentation and management tasks

Requirements:
• IIBA certification (E or CCBA) or PMI – PBA
• Experience in Aviation/Aerospace settings preferred
• Proven process development experience
• Proficiency in MS SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI
• Ability to obtain Government of Canada Security Clearance
