Location : Downtown Toronto
Schedule : 100% In-Office | Monday-Friday | 8:45am - 5:00pm
Salary : $50k Base + Uncapped Commissions + Package
What You’ll Do: Make 80-100 outbound calls per day
Secure and qualify 3+ appointments daily
Partner with a Business Development Manager to convert meetings into deals
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Be the driving force behind new business growth
What We’re Looking For:



1-2 years of B2B sales experience preferred but not required (cold calling preferred)
Proven success in hitting KPIs and targets
High energy, self-motivated, and competitive spirit
Coachable, with a hunger to learn and grow
Grit, resilience, and a personality that stands out
Base Salary: $50,000
$75,000 - $85,000 (tier 1)
$85,000 - $90,000 (tier 2)
$90,000 - $100,000 plus (tier 3)
